After ten years in Nashville, Elias Dummer lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, with his wife Meaghan, their five children, and too many pets. Dummer co-founded and fronted Juno Award-winning band The City Harmonic, which formed from the very thing they sought to encourage: churches working together in unity. As the group’s principal songwriter, he helped pen such hits as “Holy (Wedding Day)” and “Manifesto,” which served as the theme song for 2011’s National Day of Prayer. After The City Harmonic disbanded in 2017, Dummer continued to inspire believers through word and music. Having penned songs like “Enough” and “The Gospel is Rest,” Dummer was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 2020, this time as a solo artist.
